A specific training centre to train your personnel today and for tomorrow

50 permanent instructors with industrial experience, and a whole network of professional partners. Groupe IMT covers all the production aspects of the health and beauty industries, as well as supporting functions: management, quality, logistics, maintenance, etc. Furthermore, our pharmaceutical and cosmetic industrial training centre based in Tours (CFA MIPC) is unique in France, receiving apprentices from laboratories throughout the country.

Attentiveness to the demands of our industrial partners, construction of relevant training courses, keeping employment as a target: the educational approach of Groupe IMT is decidedly integrated. The goal is to find a match between training, skills and employment. Groupe IMT works with over 250 companies every year, and its board of directors is mainly composed of laboratories and national or regional industrial groups (A3P, AFIPRAL, CCI TOURAINE, COSMETIC VALLEY, FRANCE CHIMIE CENTRE VAL-DE-LOIRE, GENOPOLE®, GREPIC, POLEPHARMA…), ensuring its place in the very centre of industrial transformations.
