IMT GROUP

The IMT Group, a professional training and higher education institution, trains 5,000 individuals annually, including:

1,500 learners (apprenticeship contracts), job seekers (professionalization contracts and retraining programs).

3,500 employees through continuing education.

Through innovative and accessible quality training programs and services, we promote learner progression and ensure the sustainability of our clients, for the benefit of patient health, the well-being of all, and the respect of our planet.
With 50 permanent trainers from the industrial sector and a network of professional partners, the IMT Group covers all production professions in the healthcare and well-being industries, as well as support functions: management, quality, logistics, maintenance, etc. Additionally, our Vocational Training Center (CFA) is a unique structure in France that hosts apprentices placed in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and biotechnological industries across the country.

Close relationships with industrial partners

Attentiveness to the demands of our industrial partners, construction of relevant training courses, keeping employment as a target: the educational approach of Groupe IMT is decidedly integrated. The goal is to find a match between training, skills and employment. Groupe IMT works with over 250 companies every year, and its board of directors is mainly composed of laboratories and national or regional industrial groups (A3P, AFIPRAL, CCI TOURAINE, COSMETIC VALLEY, FRANCE CHIMIE CENTRE VAL-DE-LOIRE, GENOPOLE®, GREPIC, POLEPHARMA…), ensuring its place in the very centre of industrial transformations.
